My Friggin Boss
Does anybody have a boss that just drives you f*ck*ng crazy????? Gite dam. This mugg goes into panic/super stress mode whenever ANYBODY questions his f*ck*ng polices. At that point, his daggon brain ceases to function. We spend months developing these policies and procedures and as soon as somebody criticizes one, this cat backs down and starts considering changing the sh*t.
For GOD sake man, stand behind your sh*t for a change. This makes the whole damn department look incompetent. And yeah, I have tactfully addressed it to him on several occasions.
